Executive Chef at the East Close Hotel, Hinton

Ian is currently Executive Chef at the East Close Hotel, Hinton. A long term project developing the Hotel’s food operation, Banqueting and Function facility.

Ian is also working closely with Jen Williams of Naked Jam and General Manager Ashley Procter to assist the hotel growing programme of the Walled Garden.

A local Chef for 15 years, Ian has cooked for HRH the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh  Won many international awards including Dorset and Hampshire Chef of the Year, Rioja Chef of the Year. He also achieved a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand award at the Kings Arms in Christchurch.
