My name is Fiona Hill and I am the owner chef of Real Food, a local catering company using as much local produce as I possibly get can and helping support the other local business in the process.

I am cordon Bleu trained and have spent the last 40 years working in a Michelin star country hotel in Kent, various restaurants all over the country,,, working for private families both in England and America and finally coming back to the UK to work in location catering for the BBC and then onto my local catering business here in Barton on Sea.
