We are delighted to announce that we have a new chef to the area demonstrating to you all on the Saturday 20th May at 12.15 p.m. in the Cookery Hub Lymington Road. His name is Paul Jenkins and he’s from the very new Shipyard in Lymington.

Paul worked with James Golding from The Pig at Brockenhurst. He also worked with Mark Hix at Caprice Holdings and later spent 7 years working in Australia and the Caribbean. He is now a partner at The Shipyard Bar & Kitchen in Berthon Marina in Lymington.
We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to hearing all about ‘Seafood Sensations’.
